These Terms of Use describe the permitted use of tandembydrglezer.com, the public website for Tandem. Tandem is operated by Women’s Wellness Psychiatry, Inc., owned by Anna Glezer, MD. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Women’s Wellness Psychiatry, Inc.
Purpose of this website
This website provides information about Tandem’s physician-to-physician consultation and educational services. It is intended for physicians and practice representatives interested in learning about the program.
The website does not provide patient-specific medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescribing services. General information on the website should not be used as the basis for an individual patient’s assessment or treatment.
Inquiries and enrollment
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll a practice in Tandem, establish a consultation engagement, or create an obligation to provide consultation.
Participating practices sign a separate agreement before consultation services begin. That agreement governs the services provided, fees, response arrangements, confidentiality, and the responsibilities of the parties. These Website Terms of Use do not replace or modify that agreement.
Consultation scope
Through Tandem, Dr. Glezer provides consultation to participating physicians. She does not see patients, provide direct patient care, or prescribe through the program.
The treating physician remains responsible for evaluating the patient, exercising independent clinical judgment, and directing the patient’s care. The separate service agreement addresses the consultation relationship in greater detail.
No emergency consultation
Tandem does not provide emergency consultation or continuous monitoring.
Consultation responses are provided within 1–2 business days under the applicable service arrangement. This is not an emergency response service and does not establish a response commitment for public website inquiries.
Physicians must use their established emergency and urgent-care procedures when a patient needs immediate assessment or intervention.
Do not submit patient information
The public website and its inquiry forms are for questions about Tandem and potential enrollment. Do not submit patient names, medical records, or other information that could identify a patient.
Patient-specific questions must be communicated through the arrangements established for participating practices, rather than through the public website.
Appropriate use
You may use this website to learn about Tandem and make legitimate program inquiries.
You must not use the website unlawfully, submit malicious material, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or impersonate another person or practice.
Website materials
Website text, graphics, logos, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
