Tandem is a physician-to-physician consultation program operated by Women’s Wellness Psychiatry, Inc., owned by Anna Glezer, MD. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Women’s Wellness Psychiatry, Inc.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through tandembydrglezer.com. It covers our public website and program inquiries. It does not describe the handling of patient-specific information exchanged during consultation services, which is addressed separately when a practice enrolls.
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, practice website, number of clinicians, consultation and educational interests, and other information about your practice’s needs.
Please do not submit patient names, medical records, or other information that could identify a patient through this website.
Website and analytics information
Our website is hosted by Squarespace. We use its built-in analytics to understand website traffic and how visitors use the site.
Squarespace processes technical and usage information, which can include IP addresses, browser and device information, referring pages, pages visited, and interactions with the website. Squarespace also processes certain information for its own platform operations, as described in its Privacy Policy at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.
We do not use advertising pixels or other advertising integrations.
How we use information
We use information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss enrollment, and understand the consultation and educational needs of your practice.
We use website analytics to understand traffic and website use.
We do not use inquiry information for newsletters, marketing campaigns, or unrelated purposes without obtaining your express written consent first.
Access and disclosure
Within Women’s Wellness Psychiatry, Inc., access to website inquiry submissions is limited to the owner, Dr. Anna Glezer.
Squarespace processes information to host the website, store submissions, and provide website analytics. We do not sell inquiry information or provide it to other businesses for their marketing.
Apart from the service-provider processing described above, we do not voluntarily disclose inquiry information for another purpose without your express written consent. We may disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process.
Retention
We retain website inquiry information for 12 months.
This retention period applies to inquiry information we maintain. It does not describe Squarespace’s separate retention of technical or usage information or the retention of records associated with an enrolled practice’s consultation services.
Your information and choices
You may choose not to submit an inquiry. If you do submit one, please provide only the information necessary to discuss your practice’s interest in Tandem.

We will post changes to this Privacy Policy on this page and update its effective date. Any additional notice required by applicable law will also be provided.
