When Your Patient Needs an Answer, You Need Somewhere to Turn.
As an OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist, or family medicine physician, you're often the first — and sometimes only — clinician your patients turn to with mental health concerns related to fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal transitions, and midlife. But these cases can quickly extend beyond your everyday expertise.
When psychiatry referrals take months, the decisions fall to you. Too often that means time spent researching between patients, and making the call without a specialist to confirm you're on the right track.
You know your patient and want to maintain continuity of care. You just need specialized expertise to help you determine the right next step.
Crafted for OBGYN, REI, and Family Medicine physicians. Expert support for your complex cases

A Career in Reproductive Psychiatry. A Commitment to Working Alongside Colleagues.
Dr. Glezer began her training at Harvard and then transitioned to the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF), where she was a practicing physician, teacher, and lead psychiatrist on the consultation-liaison team, where she collaborated with clinicians across various departments, including OBGYN and Internal Medicine. Dr. Glezer remains a volunteer associate professor at UCSF. In 2017, she founded Women's Wellness Psychiatry, a thriving group practice with 11 clinicians devoted to providing comprehensive reproductive & integrative psychiatry care to women across California.
Dr. Glezer has worked with hundreds of women going through the emotional challenges of conception, pregnancy, loss, postpartum, and perimenopause. She has presented at local and national conferences and published in academic journals. She established the annual Bay Area Perinatal Mental Health Conference, served as president of Northern California Psychiatric Society and a board member of Postpartum Support International CA Chapter, and is a distinguished fellow of the American Psychiatric Association.
Over the course of her career, Dr. Glezer has also built close working relationships with physicians across reproductive endocrinology, OB/GYN, family medicine, and other specialties. Through those collaborations, she has seen firsthand how often clinicians are left managing complex reproductive mental health questions without timely access to specialized psychiatric support. She founded Tandem to help close that gap — giving physicians an ongoing, trusted relationship with a reproductive psychiatrist they can turn to for timely, case-specific guidance while maintaining continuity of care for their patients.
